"The Council with a Heart"

2nd Degree Ceremony at the Barn

On Thursday, November 13th,  a total of 30 Brother Knights received their 2nd Degree at the Barn.  This was one of the largest 2nd Degree classes in some time.

Please join us in welcoming three Good Samaritan Council members into the ranks of the 2nd Degree:

Stephen DeBenedittis
Fred Persing

Stephen Christie

There should be one more opportunity to receive the 2nd Degree prior to the planned 3rd Degree Exemplification at the end of February.  Keep your eyes on email, the website or the Handout for additional details.

Once again, congratulations to Steve, Fred and Steve on completing the second step to full Knighthood with our honored Order.

-- Monthly Breakfast at the Barn

We will be celebrating our annual Memorial Mass next Thursday at 8PM at the Barn.  Fr. Sean from St. Joseph's will be our celebrant for the evening.  The Memorial Mass is where we remember all of our departed Brothers.  If you know of a Brother Knight of our council that has passed away within the past year please let Grand Knight John Reaser know so that they can be added to the necrology list.

We will pray the rosary at 730, followed by the Mass at 8pm.  Some light refreshments and fellowship will take place in the Bar afterwards.
